Our trattoria still carries the name “Libau”, which we once took over from the previous owner.
But starting January 1, 2026, we will open a new chapter: Trattoria Libau will become Pizzeria da Benzi.
Why this step?
Because we want to express our Italian identity even more clearly – and because the family name of our owner, Luciano Benzi, stands for exactly that: our roots, our history, and our deep bond with Italy.
What truly matters will not change:
Your favorite dishes remain, the team remains, and so does the warm, family-like atmosphere you know and love.
With recipes we learned from our mammas, we bring the best of our homeland to the table. At the heart of it all stands our wood-fired oven: only at over 400°C does that unmistakable pizza crust come to life – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with delicate roasted flavors and the fragrance of real wood fire.
